Watch out for holiday traditions that could turn hazardous to your health

Dr. Raul Gosthe is an orthopedic surgeon at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's and says that certain holiday traditions can be potentially dangerous.

Holiday and winter traditions are the bread and butter of the season, but things can take a turn for the worse if you are not careful.  We see a significant increase in fractures due to falls off ladders (and things not as safe as ladders) thanks to dangerous decorating (falling off ladders while hanging lights/tree toppers) and have ways to stay safe during the holiday season courtesy of Dr. Raul Gosthe, orthopedic surgeon at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke’s.
