Our midwifery services
Our hospital-based midwifery services are comprehensive and include support during unmedicated labor and childbirth, help with breastfeeding and gynecological care.
Specialized women's care
Our CNMs are registered nurses with specialized, advanced training and certification in women’s care. A midwife is a medical professional who provides prenatal, labor, delivery and postpartum care.

Pregnancy and childbirth services
Much like an obstetrician (OB), CNMs provide education, counseling and clinical care before and during your pregnancy, such as:
- Addressing health concerns such as diet, exercise and medications during pregnancy
- Assisting with cesarean sections
- Collaborating with other providers on high-risk pregnancy
- Counseling on family planning and preconception services
- Handling pregnancy complications
- Helping create your birth plan
- Monitoring your overall well-being during pregnancy
- Performing pelvic ultrasounds
- Performing prenatal exams and testing requests
- Providing referrals to one of our physicians as necessary
Your midwife will also support you during childbirth and postpartum. Our CNMs and expert physicians have a collaborative relationship, working together on your behalf.
