About Me: Meredith has been at Swedish Medical Center since 2023 when she moved from Michigan after practicing at Henry Ford Hospital and Henry Ford Cancer Institute rotating through both the inpatient hematology/oncology service and outpatient infusion centers. Her professional interests include hematologic malignancies and oncologic emergencies. About Me: As one of the preceptors for the academic rotation at Regis, I have a unique perspective as a previous full-time pharmacist at HealthONE Swedish Medical Center, and current PRN role in the hospital. About Me: Jeff Lalama is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Regis University. Swedish Medical Center is his practice site where he also works as a PRN Advanced Clinical Pharmacist. About me: Leah is an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in Neurology at Swedish Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University – Glendale, AZ in 2009. She then went on to practice as a critical care and neurology pharmacist at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. After eight years as a practicing pharmacist, she received PGY-1 exemption from ASHP and pursued a PGY-2 Neurology Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. After completion of her residency she traveled the country, fell in love with the beautiful state of Colorado, and decided to settle in Denver. Her professional interests include acute stroke management, secondary stroke prevention, and epilepsy. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, playing fetch with her dog Lily, skiing, and crafting.

About Me: Jackie is the Pharmacy Director at Swedish Medical Center. Jackie has been at Swedish since 2008, and prior to her role as Director, she was the Clinical Coordinator. Jackie is a preceptor for the administration core rotation within the Swedish Medical Center PGY1 pharmacy training program. She graduated with a PharmD. From The University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2007 and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Denver, CO.
