Boy, 12, gets 'dizzy' at recess — wakes up in the hospital after cardiac arrest

Jordan Palomar was able to celebrate his 13th birthday with his twin brother, thanks to the school nurse doing CPR.

When paramedics arrived, he was shocked twice to get his heart started. Then Palomar, an avid sports fan and soccer player, was flown to HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's at Presbyterian St. Luke's, where doctors inserted a device, similar to a pacemaker, to keep his heart going.
