Taylor Myers, RN, is a standout nurse manager whose leadership is defined by empathy, innovation, and unwavering support for her team. She leads one of the hospital’s largest and most dynamic units, setting clear expectations while fostering a culture of care and collaboration.

A colleague shared, “Taylor is an exceptional nurse manager. She cares about and supports her team while also setting clear expectations to ensure we are providing the best care to our patients.”

Even while navigating the personal challenges of having a spouse deployed overseas and raising two young children, Taylor continues to show up with strength and purpose. Her ability to balance personal resilience with professional dedication is nothing short of inspiring.

“Even with two little kids and her husband out of the country, Taylor still manages to show up and support her team.”

Taylor is known for her creative problem-solving and her commitment to making workflows more efficient for staff. She actively seeks input from bedside nurses and techs, ensuring that decisions are grounded in real-world needs.

“She comes up with creative solutions to make things more efficient and decrease workload for the staff.”

A passionate advocate for Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Taylor leads the PCT Council and ensures their voices are heard and valued. Her leadership is collaborative, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in a desire to elevate the care experience for both patients and colleagues.
