Hampden Avenue Renovations
Project overview
The City of Englewood is in the process of a multistage infrastructure project to update E. Hampden Ave. to improve utility services under the road and make the area more accessible to pedestrians and vehicles.
Current Phase: Phase 4A Construction Update
During Phase 4A, valet access to both the 601 and 701/799 Buildings is temporarily blocked due to ongoing construction.
For Patients Visiting the 601 Building:
- Valet and drop-off services are now redirected through the 501 Building main drive.
- Use the right lane for 601 valet/drop-off; 501 valet/drop-off will use the left lane.
- A valet team member will be stationed at the 501 drive to assist and direct traffic between both areas.
For Patients Visiting the 701/799 Buildings:
- The circle drive next to the Serenity Garden (accessible via S Clarkson St.) is reserved for ADA patients and guests only. Valet service is available at this location.
- All other patients and visitors should park in the East Garage.
- Directional signage is posted to guide traffic to the East Garage via S Clarkson Street.
Coming Soon: Phase 4B
Phase 4B will further impact access to the 701/799 valet areas and will include a temporary closure of S Clarkson Street.
Key Changes:
- Valet service will remain available and strongly encouraged.
- Access to the usual valet areas for 701/799 will be blocked due to road work.
- Passthrough lanes in the East Garage (P4) will stay open to allow ADA drop-off and pick-up at the Serenity Garden circle.
- All other patients and visitors should continue to park in the East Garage.
