Visiting hours at our hospital

Visiting hours are from 6:00am to 8:00pm.

Visitation restrictions

Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.

Visitor information and resources

Due to the increase of respiratory illnesses in the community (Influenza, COVID-19, etc.), HCA HealthONE has implemented visitor restrictions in the following units:

  • Women's services (5B) and Labor & Delivery (3A)
    • No visitors under the age of 13, except for children of our patients that have been screened for respiratory illness symptoms.
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU 4D & 5C), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU 3D), Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant
    • No visitors under the age of 13. Only three visitors at the bedside at one time.
  • Adult Intensive Care (ICU), Solid Organ Transplant Units, Adult Bone Marrow Transplant/Blood Cancer, Adult Infusion Center, and Colorado Blood Cancer Institute (CBCI)
    • No visitors under the age of 13.

If you are visiting us for an appointment and have symptoms of respiratory illness (runny nose, cough, fever, body aches), please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, please ask for one at the department where you will receive care.

Campus parking

Free valet parking

Free valet parking is available to patients and guests at the main entrance. Enter the campus from the 19th Avenue and Gilpin Street entrance.

  • Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm
  • After hours: call (720) 754-7000 or *7000 from an internal phone
Garage parking

Free self-parking is available in our parking garages at all times.

Street parking

If you have trouble finding a spot in one of our lots, street parking is available around the campus.

  • Emergency room (ER)
    Our ER is located on the east side of our campus. Enter via the main entrance at 20th Avenue and High Street, then turn left.

    Use the surgery entrance near Franklin Street and 20th Avenue

    Use after-hours entrance all other times.

    Use the Professional Plaza East (PPE) Medical Building entrance on the first floor, across from the PPE Parking Garage

Gift restrictions

Some high-risk patient care units may have restrictions of gifts that may be brought to the hospital (e.g. no live plants on Bone Marrow Transplant or Oncology). If you are planning to bring a gift to a patient, please call ahead for guidance.

We are a smoke- and tobacco-free campus

No tobacco or smoking products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana and chewing tobacco, are allowed on campus.
