Father's Day: What does working with your dad look like?

Josh Cervantes is an operating room analyst, and was a member of the HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge start-up team more than 20 years.  He began his career in the supply chain, and has since transitioned to the operating room team.  His son, Michael, is 19 YO, and recently began his career in the supply chain, as well.  The father-son duo are best friends and colleagues.
